This product is an acrylic acid cross-linked polymer, a neutral emulsifying thickening stabilizer that can be used at room temperature. No neutralization is required, and a stable water-in-oil system can be made at room temperature by low-speed shearing. It is an ideal additive for creams and lotions.

Physical and chemical indicators:● Appearance: milky white or slightly yellow emulsion● Odor: non-irritating odor● Active matter content: 30±2%● PH: 5-7● 2% aqueous solution viscosity 35000-60000cps (NDJ-1 viscometer 4# rotor 12rpm)● 4% 0.5% NaCl solution viscosity 5000-15000cps (NDJ-1 viscometer 4# rotor 12rpm)

Usage:

● At room temperature, add this product to the water phase, mix at low speed until uniform, and it will immediately become a milky white paste.

● At room temperature, this product is dispersed in the non-polar oil phase, and then water is added to the oil phase, and mixed at low speed until uniform, and it will immediately become an emulsion or cream (depending on the formula).

● For products with conventional high-temperature emulsification process, they can be added to the system below 75°C after homogenization.

● In the water phase, adding a small amount of non-ionic surfactant (such as Tween) can accelerate the swelling rate.

● The recommended dosage is 0.5%-2%.

Usage suggestions:

1. Recommended dosage: 0.5-2%;

2. This product can be added directly or diluted with propylene glycol;

3. It is recommended to add it at the end of the production process, stirring and slowly adding until the appropriate viscosity;

4 Can be used alone or with other types of thickeners

Storage: This product is a non-flammable and explosive dangerous good, which should be stored in a ventilated and dry environment at 5-40℃, avoiding exposure to the sun and freezing; the container should be sealed after use; the validity period is 12 months.
